I still remember the radiant health I was blessed with as a little child. I could be braving the elements the whole day, get drenched in rain or covered in snow from tip to toe without getting as much as a cold. I still remember all the energy and the joy of being alive, the thrill of running, climbing trees and crawling under fences.
Then I was sent to a dentist.
